About the Program - Pool Lifeguard in Madrid
Our offer:
- Jobs on the position of pool lifeguard in Madrid
- Work contract registered with the Ministry of Work in Spain for a period of 3 months, respectively from June to September
- A minimum salary of 1200 euro/month (for a work schedule of 8h/day), with the possibility of earning a bigger salary, depending on the pool schedule
- Salary for pool with an 8 hours working schedule – 1200 euro
- Salary for pool with a 9 hours working schedule – 1350 euro
- Salary for pool with a 10 hours working schedule – 1500 euro
- Work schedule of 7 days/ week – 8, 9 or 10 h + 1 h break
- Lodgings regime accommodation (2 persons per room) at convenient prices. The cost for the accommodation is borne by lifeguards. This accommodation is optional, being only a help from us in order to reduce your expenses during your stay in Madrid.
- In case the entire contract is observed , at the end of the season, lifeguards will receive 100 euro each, representing the money for transportation back to Romania (on the condition that the ticket for returning in the country is submitted)
- In case the entire contract is observed, the amount to be received by the lifeguards will be around 275 euro – cash (the received amount is closely related to the no. of days worked and the received salary)
There will be 2 evaluations in Romania:
Testing swimming skills – every applicant must comply with the conditions imposed by the lifeguard agency in Madrid. In case these conditions are complied with, the results of the evaluations will be sent for homologation in Spain in order for the certifying documents to be issued. The costs related to homologation (200 euro) will be deducted from the salaries received at the beginning of the work contract
Testing the Spanish knowledge – 2 filters will be organized, the first at the beginning of April and the last, decisive one at the end of April, with the Spanish employers, who will decide whether the level of Spanish knowledge allows the applicants to work in Spain.
